Ray
is a Partner and the founding member of Grimaldi & Nelkin, which traces
its roots to 1970. Previously, Ray was with an international accounting
firm and then a partner in a local accounting firm. He was an adjunct
instructor in accounting for several years at a local community college
and a frequent guest speaker on tax and financial matters to various
professional and civic groups. Ray services a diverse client base of
private and closely held businesses, wealthy families, entrepreneurs,
professionals and executives. His areas of practice include tax planning,
purchase and sale of businesses, estate and financial planning and
