Bill is a Partner for Grimaldi & Nelkin.  Bill has extensive accounting and tax experience with multi-state corporations, Subchapter “S” corporations, partnerships and individuals. He concentrates his practice in the areas of accounting, taxation, auditing, New York State Empire Zone planning and reporting,  management consulting, compliance and review, retirement planning and business valuations.

Prior to joining Grimaldi & Nelkin, Bill had experience with two other accounting firms. Bill was a Principal in another local accounting firm subsequent to holding a manager position with an international accounting firm.

·         Member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA)

·         President of the Board of Directors and Member of the Finance Committee of the
