Karen is a Partner for Grimaldi & Nelkin.  Karen performs audits and reviews of closely held corporations, prepares corporate and personal tax returns and also provides auditing and tax services to not-for-profit organizations.

Prior to joining Grimaldi & Nelkin in 1992, Karen was a senior accountant at a local accounting firm and performed audits and reviews of businesses in addition to the preparation of personal and corporate tax returns.
