Kim is a Partner for Grimaldi & Nelkin.  She is a Certified Public Accountant assisting the firm in tax and auditing services for corporations, partnerships, estates, and individuals.  Kim is also Accredited in Business Valuation and is a Certified Valuation Analyst.  She performs business valuations for business entities and individuals for purposes of business acquisition/disposition, buy-sell agreements, estate valuations, gift taxes, and litigation services.

Prior to joining the firm, Kim spent several years with a national accounting firm in addition to holding the position of Controller at a local credit union.
