Carolyn is a Partner in the Tax Department for Grimaldi & Nelkin.  Carolyn has been with the firm since 1991 and provides tax and accounting services.  Carolyn's areas of practice include compilations, reviews, tax planning and preparation, and business advisory services.

Previously, Carolyn worked in private industry for a company that owned a chain of hotels and restaurants.  She was responsible for preparing monthly financial statements.
