Prior to joining Grimaldi & Nelkin, Bob was the managing partner of Nelkin, Griesel & Graves, CPAs, LLC.  Bob worked for an international accounting firm from 1965 - 1970, where he attained senior status in the audit department.  He has since been with Nelkin, Griesel & Graves and it's predecessors becoming a partner in 1972 and then becoming managing partner in 1998.

Besides firm management, Bob concentrates on providing business advice, management services, accounting and tax services to closely held and family owned businesses in the retail, automotive, healthcare and service industries.
